Shipping from China to Amazon FBA in Italy

Goods

• Accept item with battery or items with magnetic, but you must declare it at first. If you do not report it, you will be charged a high fine.
• Do not accept any imitation goods, pure battery, concealing will result in high fines.
• Do not accept liquids, powders, food, medicines, flammable and explosive goods, antiques, currency, countries banned exporting goods, airlines and shipping companies banned goods, concealing these goods will result in high fines.
• Do not accept EU's Anti-Dumping goods.
• Do not accept Bicycle Accessories.
• Each item is required to have a unique FNSKU label.

Outer Carton

• The outer carton is recommended to use a new and sturdy carton. Do not have the logo or info which is not related to the goods.
• Each outer carton need attach two Amazon shipment label(one on front and one on back), using the clear opp gummed tape or the clear sticker to cover the label.
• Overweight label must be attached to outer carton if the weighing is more than 15KG.(Air freight option)
• We suggest the weight of a carton be controlled at 15~30Kg (if it is exceeded, it must be confirmed in advance to avoid rejection).
• For the dimensions of the outer carton, the longest side is less than 100CM, the shortest side is less than 75CM, and the (deep + height)*2 + length is less than 300CM by train option.
• Please use the clear opp gummed tape to seal the outer carton, don't use the tape in color.

Chargeable Weight

• The Min. Chargeable Weight for one outer carton with items is 15Kg for air freight, 15Kg for sea freight and 13Kg for train freight
• The Min. Chargeable Weight for one waybill is 21Kg for air freight, 101kg for sea freight and 13Kg for train freight

Pallets

We will prepare the pallets for your goods, you needn't to worry about it.

Documents

• Need the commercial invoice and packing list
• Special product would be asked the authorization as the customs requests
• If the item has customs clearance issues, please be sure to provide the document as the customs requires

Customs Clearance

• We support Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping for the FBA shipping from China to amazon FBA in Italy, that means we will handle customs clearance, pay import and export dutys, you just need to wait for the goods to be delivered to the FBA warehouse in Italy. If you do need the DDP shipping, we can customized the FBA shipping solutions according to your request.
• Must be truthfully declared, if the goods is not in accordance with the declaration, the company will not be responsible for the problem, and all consequences and expenses will be borne by the sender.
• Do not maliciously declare low value, otherwise if the customs find out would cause goods be detained directly.The sender need to pay for the second customs clearance fee, storage fee, fines, etc.
• Special product would be asked the authorization as the customs requests.
• If the item has customs clearance issues, please be sure to provide the document as the customs asked.

Compensations

• If the goods be lost before be pick up by UPS, FEDEX etc. in Italy, and after two months still can not find them since the goods left our warehouse the compensation is no more than 50rmb/Kg.
• If the goods be lost after be pick up by UPS, FEDEX etc. in Italy, we will be in accordance with the UPS compensation rules, the compensation is usd$10/carton, the Max. compensation is usd$100/waybill.

The following situations would not be compensated:

• If there is any infringement problem, we will not bear any responsibility and reserve the right to pursue the damages caused by the sender.
• If the goods are not declared according to the actual, infringement of intellectual property rights, the local ban on imports and other reasons cause customs detained goods, this situation is not within the scope of compensation, we only assists the sender to cleare customs.
• If the quality of the goods itself and the specific certification issues are involved, no compensation will be accepted.
• In case of war, natural disasters and other irresistible factors cause goods be lost or damaged, no compensation will be accepted.
• If the product have not "Made in China" label cause customs detained goods, no compensation will be accepted.
• During the shipping, if there are flight delays, delays in customs clearance, etc., cause the delivery delay will not accept compensation.
• If only seldom item is missing, no compensation will be accepted. For customs might take some item for checking, especially small goods.
• Fragile goods will have not any compensation.

Insurance

Price

• The weight charge is calculated according to the actual weight and the volume weight, which is bigger. The volumetric weight is calculated as: length X width X height CM/6000=KG

Waybill Number

• Using our DDP shipping service, we will give you the waybill number when the goods left our warehouse, but you can not use the waybill number to check the last status of your goods at that time.
• When the goods arrive Austraia and finish the customs clearance, you can check the last status of your goods then.
• The waybill number might be changed, we will inform you of any updates.

Others

• After the goods are left our warehouse, if the customer needs to pause, change the address or need other services, etc., will cause additional cost.
• Holidays and orders season will cause extended shipping problems mostly.
