After 45 days of no contact and/or payment, your goods are considered abandoned per our service contract.

When we receive your goods, we complete an outer carton inspection to assure that your packages were not damaged in the shipping process.
Also we will use the security inspection machine to check your goods.
We document what we received and can forward your goods on to Amazon’s fulfillment centers with lightening speed. If the outer carton could not be used anymore we will notice you to repackage it.
We will not contact with your supplier without your allow. And we would only talk about the item detail, carton package, weight etc with them if we do need to contact with them and have your permission.
Amazon requires that any shipment arriving at its fulfillment centers must be packed and prepared in a specific way.
All incoming shipment will be checked for overall FBA compliance. To help ensure the health of your Amazon seller account, we do not send inventory to Amazon that does not meet Amazon’s strict FBA receiving regulations. If your shipment is missing anything, we will notify you about the needed services and fees associated with getting your shipment up to regulation.

We adheres to all of Amazon’s fulfillment center receiving regulations. All LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments sent to Amazon must be put on approved pallets (good quality 40″ x 48″, 4-way access, wooden pallets) and wrapped according to Amazon’s seller requirements. Firstly, the goods will be calculated by the actual weight and the volumetric weight;
Actual weight of a carton = actual weight of one carton, total is multiplied by the number of cartons shipped.
Volumetric weight of a carton by air express= L(cm)*W(cm)*H(cm)/ 5000 (air freight and sea freight is 6000), get integral, use centimeter to calculate (e.g. 18.1KGS, get 19KGS). Total is multiplied by the numbers of carton;
Secondly, per above calculation, we can get the actual weight and the volumetric weight which is bigger. The bigger one will be the chargeable weight.
Thirdly, all goods arrive in our warehouse, we will re-measure them to get the final chargeable weight, and then we will issue invoice to you.
The cost of a shipment can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies on an aircraft, rather than the actual weight. This is the volumetric (or dimensional) weight. The volumetric weight of a shipment is a calculation that reflects the density of a package. A less dense item generally occupies more volume of space, in comparison to its actual weight. The volumetric or dimensional weight is calculated and compared with the actual weight of the shipment to ascertain which is greater; the higher weight is used to calculate the shipment cost.
Volumetric Weight = Length x Width x Height / Volumetric Divisor*
* Standard Volumetric Divisor is 5000 for the weight in KG and dimensions in CM by air express, 6000 for the weight in KG and dimensions in CM by air freight or sea freight.

However, for fragile goods, it is better to choose sea freight as they have more time to handle your shipment, thus avoiding harsh treatment to the goods in between transfers. In general, air freights offer speed, while sea freights offer low cost with lower risks of damage in delivery.
A commercial invoice is a document that states the purchase value of the units and total shipment, along with the quantity, product details, and shipping marks.
A packing list is a document that states exactly what is in your shipment, including carton and unit counts, dimensions, weight, and volume.
