When we receive your goods, we complete an outer carton inspection to assure that your packages were not damaged in the shipping process.

Also we will use the security inspection machine to check your goods.

We document what we received and can forward your goods on to Amazon’s fulfillment centers with lightening speed. If the outer carton could not be used anymore we will notice you to repackage it.

We will not contact with your supplier without your allow. And we would only talk about the item detail, carton package, weight etc with them if we do need to contact with them and have your permission.

Amazon requires that any shipment arriving at its fulfillment centers must be packed and prepared in a specific way.

All incoming shipment will be checked for overall FBA compliance. To help ensure the health of your Amazon seller account, we do not send inventory to Amazon that does not meet Amazon’s strict FBA receiving regulations. If your shipment is missing anything, we will notify you about the needed services and fees associated with getting your shipment up to regulation.

“IMPORTANT: Failure to comply with FBA product preparation requirements, safety requirements, and product restrictions may result in the refusal of inventory at the Amazon fulfillment center, disposal or return of inventory, blocking of future shipments to the fulfillment center, or charging for preparation or for noncompliance at the fulfillment center.”

Amazon requires all products to have one barcode displayed on the unit, the barcode can either be a FNSKU label or a UPC label.

Not all inventory is eligible for tracking with the manufacturer barcode (UPC). To be eligible for UPC labeling, products must:

• Be in new condition only
• Have a single scannable barcode that corresponds to a single ASIN in the Amazon catalog
• Not be expiration-dated
• Not be consumable or topical products such as skin creams, shampoos, or cosmetics

The product photograph will be send to you in one business days after your products have arrived at our warehouse, if you need it.

Suffocation warning labels are required on ploy bags if the opening of the bag is 5” or greater.

We adheres to all of Amazon’s fulfillment center receiving regulations. All LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments sent to Amazon must be put on approved pallets (good quality 40″ x 48″, 4-way access, wooden pallets) and wrapped according to Amazon’s seller requirements. Firstly, the goods will be calculated by the actual weight and the volumetric weight;
Actual weight of a carton = actual weight of one carton, total is multiplied by the number of cartons shipped.
Volumetric weight of a carton by air express= L(cm)*W(cm)*H(cm)/ 5000 (air freight and sea freight is 6000), get integral, use centimeter to calculate (e.g. 18.1KGS, get 19KGS). Total is multiplied by the numbers of carton;
Secondly, per above calculation, we can get the actual weight and the volumetric weight which is bigger. The bigger one will be the chargeable weight.
Thirdly, all goods arrive in our warehouse, we will re-measure them to get the final chargeable weight, and then we will issue invoice to you.

The cost of a shipment can be affected by the amount of space that it occupies on an aircraft, rather than the actual weight. This is the volumetric (or dimensional) weight. The volumetric weight of a shipment is a calculation that reflects the density of a package. A less dense item generally occupies more volume of space, in comparison to its actual weight. The volumetric or dimensional weight is calculated and compared with the actual weight of the shipment to ascertain which is greater; the higher weight is used to calculate the shipment cost.

Volumetric Weight = Length x Width x Height / Volumetric Divisor*
* Standard Volumetric Divisor is 5000 for the weight in KG and dimensions in CM by air express, 6000 for the weight in KG and dimensions in CM by air freight or sea freight.

Remote area surcharge is applied for delivery or pick up from an area beyond airline/courier company’s standard areas, which are less accessible for picking up and deliveries.

The transit time for shipments from your supplier to Amazon will depend on the freight forwarding method you have elected, the customs process, and the Amazon FBA destination. In short, basically. Most companies that say they ship “direct-to-Amazon” need to consolidate or palletize your shipment before it gets sent to Amazon due to Amazon’s strict FBA receiving requirements. There are very few instances where you can ship your goods straight from China to Amazon, and even fewer instances where it is a good idea if quality control is important to your business.

Air express refers to courier companies shipping your item from door to door, from a pickup point (such as your factory) to a designated address (such as Amazon FBA warehouse).
Air freight, or sometimes referred as the “air cargo”, are normally larger shipments via air from port to port.
Sea freight, or ocean freight, is the traditional shipment via ships and seaways.

For the speed and the cost:

• Speed(From fast to slow):Air express > Air freight > sea freight
• Cost (From expensive to cheap): Air express > Air freight > sea freight

It is good to consider using air freight when your shipment has to be urgently delivered. Another consideration is that air freight is better for shipments that involve valued goods since it is better to get the valuables in your recipient’s’ hands as soon as possible. However, for fragile goods, it is better to choose sea freight as they have more time to handle your shipment, thus avoiding harsh treatment to the goods in between transfers. In general, air freights offer speed, while sea freights offer low cost with lower risks of damage in delivery.

A commercial invoice is a document that states the purchase value of the units and total shipment, along with the quantity, product details, and shipping marks.

A packing list is a document that states exactly what is in your shipment, including carton and unit counts, dimensions, weight, and volume.

Because the weight and package dimensions data your supplier tells you may differ from the data we weighed before leaving the warehouse. At the same time, due to the difference between the initial quotation and the final delivery time, the unit price might be difference too.

It is normal for different suppliers to have different prices. Although our offer is already very competitive, you still might get a lower offer. We won’t give you the price lower than marketing and change our quotation or adding fee after handle. Even so, we will actively review our quotations and provide you with new prices as much as possible while ensuring service quality.
